Qi Gong Meditation

Traditionally, every family in China had their own form of Qi Gong or Tai Chi that was handed down through the generations.  As one might imagine, then, there are countless forms that have developed and are practiced to this day.  

I am certified to teach one of these forms called One Thousand Hands Buddha.  This is a seated form taught to me by Madame Liu He.  The intention of this form is to calm the mind, open the heart, and promote peaceful sleep.   

I am not currently offering any Qi Gong classes, but I am happy to schedule a class with a group of 6 or more interested people.  If your family, women’s group or workplace is interested in getting a group together to learn Qi Gong, please contact me (link to contact page).
