12 Habits to Get Healthier Now

  1. Drink enough filtered water. Drink half your body weight in ounces every day. If it’s clear and has no taste, then it’s water. That excludes coffee, tea, soda, etc.

  3. Reduce or discontinue intake of the following:
    • Refined sugar
    • Caffeine
    • Alcohol
    • Nicotine
    • Recreational drugs
    • Preservative-laden foods (i.e. packaged food)
    • Unfiltered water
    • Dairy products (especially important for allergy, asthma & digestive problem sufferers.
  4. Exercise regularly.  Choose something you enjoy and chances are you’ll do it.
  5. Handle stress.  Do at least 1 stress-relieving activity every day.
