Healthy Fat Smoothie Recipe

Here is a morning (or anytime) smoothie that will keep you full and provides energy that sustains you for many hours.  

  • 1/3 can coconut milk or 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 avocado 
  • 1/2 frozen banana (optional. Omit if weight loss is your goal)
  • 2 spoon fulls of almond butter 
  • 2 shakes of sea salt 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Mix in blender or food processor until smooth. 

This smoothie is high healthy fats which nourish your eyes, hair and skin, decrease inflammation and keep up your energy sustainably for several hours.  And, it tastes delicious!
